3. Wallet System & Financial Transactions

Aeternitychat includes an integrated wallet system for processing transaction balances and messaging quotas. All funds loaded into your wallet are non-transferable and non-refundable. Fraudulent usage, chargebacks, or suspicious activities may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining wallet balance.

4. User-Generated Content & Licensing

You retain ownership of any content, messages, and assets you upload, submit, or transmit via our platform. By uploading content, you grant Aeternitychat a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, use, distribute, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and providing the Service to you.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

Sending unsolicited bulk broadcasts, spam, or messages violating Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
Interfering with, hacking, or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Using the platform for any illegal purpose or transmitting unlawful, abusive, or harmful material.
Attempting to bypass pricing tiers or rate limits established by our system.

6. Termination of Services

We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms and Conditions or policies dictated by Meta Inc.
